Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to orders placed by consumers through this shop. Business to business orders are governed by the signed distribution agreement and the proforma invoice issued by Mike Audio Technology Co., Ltd.

2. Prices, taxes and payment

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record, which handles VAT and sales tax for the destination country and shows the final gross price at checkout.

3. Delivery and withdrawal

Delivery times are estimates and start when payment clears. Consumers in the European Union may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, provided the goods are returned complete and undamaged.

4. Warranty

Consumer purchases carry the statutory warranty of the destination country, with a minimum of two years for European Union customers. Wear parts and damage caused by misuse are excluded.

5. Dealers and distributors

Resale, installation and OEM orders are supplied under a separate written agreement. Dealer pricing, territories and minimum order quantities are defined in that agreement, not in these terms.
