Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to quotations and orders placed through this shop. Project, installation and OEM orders follow the written quotation, agreed specification and proforma invoice issued by MaikeAudio Technology Co., Ltd.

2. Prices, taxes and payment

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record, which handles VAT and sales tax for the destination country and shows the final gross price at checkout.

3. Delivery and withdrawal

Delivery times are estimates and start when payment clears. Consumers in the European Union may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, provided the goods are returned complete and undamaged.

4. Warranty

Consumer purchases carry the statutory warranty of the destination country, with a minimum of two years for European Union customers. Wear parts and damage caused by misuse are excluded.

5. Project and OEM orders

Project, installation and OEM orders follow the written quotation, agreed specification, delivery schedule and quantities for that project. The signed quotation and proforma invoice take precedence over these website terms.
