Overview

CK450 Professional Mono Power Amplifier

The CK series is mono. One channel per chassis covers 450, 600, 800 and 1000 W at 8 Ω, with up to 3000 W bridged on the CK1000, which makes the series a natural fit for subwoofer duty or for racks that prefer one amplifier per cabinet.

The chassis is the shallowest in the range at 369.5 mm deep and the lightest at 15 to 18.5 kg, still 2U high. Signal to noise stays at ≥110 dB and separation at ≥80 dB; the damping factor is ≥400 at 8 Ω and the slew rate 30 V/us.

THD+N is below 0.01% at 8 Ω / 1 kHz on the three larger models and below 0.05% on the CK450, with the same DC, short circuit, over temperature and soft start protection as the rest of the catalogue.

The CK450 is one of the power steps of the series: 450 w into 8 ω, 600 w into 4 ω, 1200 w bridged, 15 kg in a 2U chassis measuring 89 × 483 × 369.5 mm. It shares the circuit, the protection design and the measured performance of the rest of the CK Series, so the choice inside a series comes down to output power and chassis height.
